- The objective of this research is to examine the influence of the account receivable turnover and inventory turnover to the profitability ratio of the company, which is measured by Return on Assets. The sample in this study was determined by using the purposive sampling method. As the result, from 36 consumption sector companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchanges in the period of 2010 to 2012, 25 companies are used as the samples of this study. This research model uses multiple linear regression with the model being tested previously in classic assumptions. The results of this research showed that the account receivable turnover and inventory turnover had no effect to the company's profitability ratio, both partially and simultaneously.
