- The objective of this research is to test, examine and provide empirical evidence to the influence of information system software quality, information quality and information system user capabilty toward accounting information system software user satisfaction. Objects in this research are the employees working in conventional bank that uses accounting information system in form of software. The method used in this research is causal study, a study about causal relationship using convenience sampling method. The data used in this research was primary data. Data was collected from questionnaires given to respondents. The test conducted consists of data quality tests, consisting of validity test, reliability test, and normality test, classic assumption tests, consisting of heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinierity test, and followed by hypothesis testing, consisting of coefficient of determination test, significance of individual parameters test, and simultaneous significance test. The results of this research showed that information system software quality and information quality have a significant effect on accounting information system software user satisfaction partially, but information system user capability have no effect on accounting information system software user satisfaction. Other than partial research, simultaneous research showed that information system software quality, information quality and information system user capability have a significant effect to the accounting information system software user satisfaction.
