- The internship was conducted at Kompas Gramedia in Financial System Development (FSD) Department. During the internship, the main task was making Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for Kompas Gramedia Group: Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, Sport and Health Magazine, Dana Pensiun Kompas Gramedia and Dyandra Group S- Samudra Dyan Praga. The tasks are making details of the procedure and flowchart of the existing Global Procedures given. The other duties was recapitulating Kompas Gramedia’s project and transfering data from General Ledger DOS (GL DOS) to General Ledger Windows (GL Windows). During the internship, most of the tasks can be executed properly. There were some difficulties to find the amount of documents that are used in procedures, incomplete information given on Global Procedure, and inconsistent diagram that used at other procedures that have been made previously. Every difficulties are solved by doing some solution like looking at other procedures that have been made previously in order to determine a suitable diagram to use, then confirm it by asking seniors in the office or ask directly to Ms. Yettie as mentors to guide the implementation.
