- The internship was conducted at PT Elco Prima Sejahtera in Accounting Segment. During the internship, the main task was providing accounting service for PT Elco Prima Sejahtera. The task performed were checking transactions for January – December 2014; making cash out evidence for January – December 2013 and 2014; making cash in evidence for January – December 2013 and 2014; making bank out evidence for January – December 2013 and 2014; making bank in evidence for January – December 2013 and 2014; making transfer slip book for January – December 2013 and 2014; inputting depreciation expends for the end of the year 2013 and 2014; making cash general ledger for 2014; inputting income statement for the end of the year 2013 and 2014; calculating exchange rate Rupiah to Dollar for January – December 2014; making journal memorial for December 2013 and 2014; and inputing trial balance for the end of the year 2013 and 2014. All documents used in completing the task were derived from Accounting Segment. The constraints faced during the internship were difficulty in some cash out or in evidence not found; some documents not in right order; all working data erased cause of software crashed. The corporation was expected to improve its infrastructures, working procedure, and precision of employees.
