- The internship was conducted at Accounting Clinic in Auditing and Accounting division. During the internship, the main task was providing auditing and accounting services for PT B, PT C, PT DN, PT GB, PT SE, PT CW, PT EU, and PT EM. The tasks are check the cash sales book, vouching and prepare the working paper, check delivery orders, check accrued expense general ledger, check the repayment of royalty, input sales and purchases transactions to MYOB, check purchase down payment and sales down payment, prepare sales summary, and stock opname. The constraints during internship were the received payment consists of some of sales invoices, incomplete payment voucher, and during stock opname there were some stocks that were kept in different storages. The solutions were total all invoices number that were paid in the payment transaction, note all the transactions that did not have supporting documents to audit working paper and submitted to supervisors so that can be followed up to the client, and for stock opname, calculate item in every storage to get final total for that inventory.
