- The internship was conducted at PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Rent in Accounting Department as Accounting staff. During the internship the tasks that were done are spruce up auction report of vehicle, creating journal for auction transactions, creating auction recapitulation, checking bank statement, creating journal for repayment auction, uploading manual journal to system, updating trial balance, creating listing fixed assets, creating adjusting entries, creating correction entries, updating adjusted trial balance, creating financial statement, creating reversing entries, printing, filing, and creating account receivable aging schedule. During the internship, most of the tasks can be executed properly. There are some constraint found for examples there are several reports that submitted late thus inhibiting the accounting process. In order to resolve the above-mentioned constraint, the company should have more cautious in storage and always update system.
