- This study aims to find out the entrepreneurial motivation among graduate students at one of the entrepreneurial university in Jakarta, Indonesia. The antecedent of entrepreneurial motivation derives from the extended model of Shapiro Model and Theory of Planned Behavior such as perceived desirability, perceived feasibility, entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial intention. To test the hypothesis, the researchers use PLS (Partial Least Square) among 102 undergraduate students. The result of this research indicate that perceived desirability have insignificant effects toward entrepreneurial intention, hence perceived feasibility and entrepreneurial learning have significant effects on students’ entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, students’ entrepreneurial intention has a significant effect on students’ entrepreneurial motivation. This result also indicated that in overall the students and the university are having a strong entrepreneurship efficacy. Managerial implication of this study will emphasize the university to expand the network with enterprises, other entrepreneurial institutions and angel investors to engage with the students into a specific project within and outside university in order to create more desirability of students to become real entrepreneurs.
