Analisis Pengaruh Dukungan Keluarga dan Kebutuhan Berprestasi terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha Ibu Rumah Tangga di Jakarta

- Business is not only owned by men, but also women especially housewives are eager to become entrepreneur or mompreneur. However, the amounts of housewives that are considered as "business" woman are still minor compare to other countries. Some factors that support housewives to become entrepreneur or business woman are supports from family and the needs for achievement. Therefore, this study is to test the intentions of housewives entrepreneurship that are influenced by family support and the need for achievement. Research respondents are 100 housewives in the Jakarta area. Data collections were obtained through questionnaires, while data processing used Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square with SmartPLS version 3.2.7 analysis tool. Based on hypotheses testing, it shows that there is a significant influence between family support for the needs of achievement and the need for achievement on entrepreneurial intentions, but insignificant results occur in family support toward entrepreneurial intentions. This study suggests the government to provide training in making handicrafts and training in operating today's technology to further enrich the achievements of housewives in Jakarta. Furthermore, families should provide support in the form of advice and new information, so that it can increase the motivation to achieve and intention for entrepreneurship.
