- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru dalam menerapkan strategi pembelajaran Cara Belajar Siswa Aktif melalui workshop di SMP Negeri 1 Pantai Labu pada Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan sekolah melalui 2 siklus, dimana masing-masing siklus memiliki tahap: (1) Perencanaan, (2) Pelaksanaan dan Pengamatan, (3) Evaluasi dan (4) Refleksi.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru guru yang mengajar di di SMP Negeri 1 Pantai Labu Kabupaten Deli Serdang dengan jumlah 25 orang guru. Teknik pemgumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan di dalam penelitan ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik penghitungan persentase jumlah guru yang sudah mampu Menerapkan strategi pembelajaran Cara Belajar Siswa Aktif dan persentase jumlah guru yang belum mampu menerapkan strategi pembelajaran di dalam proses belajar mengajar di dalam kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1). Terdapat peningkatan jumlah guru yang menerapkan strategi pembelajaran Cara Belajar Siswa Aktif dari 25 orang guru, baru 18 (72,0%) guru menerapkan strategi pembelajaran Cara Belajar Siswa Aktif pada siklus I kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 22 (88,0%) guru yang sudah mampu menerapkan strategi pembelajaran Cara Belajar Siswa Aktif pada proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas; (2) Terdapat penurunan jumlah guru yang tidak mampu menerapkan strategi pembelajaran , dari 25 orang guru, sebanyak 7 (28,0%) guru belum mampu menerapkan strategi pembelajaran Cara Belajar Siswa Aktif pada siklus I kemudian pada siklus II terjadi penurunan jumlah guru yang belum mampu menerapkan strategi pembelajaran Cara Belajar Siswa Aktif, menjadi 3 (12,0%) guru yang belum mampu menerapkan strategi pembelajaran Cara Belajar Siswa Aktif secara utuh; (3) Kompetensi profesional guru dalam menerapkan Strategi Pembelajaran Cara Belajar Siswa Aktif dapat meningkat melalui workshop.
- The aim of this study is to improve teacher competence in applied of Students Active Learning strategy through workshop in SMP Negeri 1 Pantai Labu. The method of this study is by using 2 cycles where each cycle consists of: (1) planning, (2) actuating and observation, (3) evaluating and (4) reflecting. The Subjects of this study are the teachers who teach in SMP Negeri 1 Pantai Labu. They are 25 teachers. The technique of collecting data is observation, interview, questioner, and study of documentation. The technique of analising data is by using the calculating of the percentage of the teachers who are able to apply Students Active Learning strategy and the persentage of the teacher who can not apply Students Active Learning strategy in class,The results of the study show: (1) There is the increasing of the amount of the teachers who apply Students Active Learning strategy, from 25 teachers, it is still 18 (72,0%) of tachers who apply Students Active Learning strategy in first cycle and then it is improve in second cycle tobe 22 (88,0%)teachers who are able to apply Cara Belajar Siswa Aktif teaching and learning in class. (2) There is the decreasing of the amount of the teachers who are not able to apply Cara Belajar Siswa Aktif teaching and learning strategy, from 25 teachers, it is still 7 (28,0%) of tachers who can not apply Cara Belajar Siswa Aktif teaching and learning strategy in first cycle and then in second cycle is tobe 3 (12,0%) teachers who are not able to apply Students Active Learning in class (3) The competence of teachers in applying Students Active Learning can be improved through workshop.
