- ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of science-based academic services. The research location at the West Kalimantan Campus of the Institute of Internal Affairs. The study population is students/IPDN students of West Kalimantan Campus. the research sample was 30 students in the IPDN campus in West Kalimantan. Data collection techniques using: 1) survei techniques, 2) questionnaires, 3) interviews. The analysis technique used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that academic services were seen in three quadrants that were fulfilled. quadrant A describes the factors of buildings and facilities used in supporting the learning process, Quadrant B shows the services provided and should be maintained is the services provided are not complicated. Whereas in the awareness of D gives an illustration that in the aspect of service standards it is not too important even though this aspect is a very important role in implementing an effective and efficient public service.
