- The purpose of this research is aimed to examineeffect of general allocation fund, special allocation funds and capital expenditure on the local financial independen level. Each variable was tested partialneously. The Study was conducted at the district town in Yogyakarta Special Region. The research using a secondary data such as general allocation fund, special allocation fund and capital expenditure from Yogyakarta Special Region on 2007-2014. This research is a quantitative research with multiple regression for testing the hypotheses. The data analyze by t-test with significance level α = 0,05. The result show that the general allocation fund giving positively effect and significant. A special allocation fund giving a negatively effect to local financial independen level. Capital expenditure giving a positively effect and not significant to local financial independen level
