- The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of personality traits (extraversion and agreeableness) on job involvement. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire from previous research. The questionnaire was distributed to 77 teaching staff (non-ASN) Raden Fatah Islamic University in Palembang. Validity and reliability testing is used to test the contents of the questionnaire. Statistical tests using linear regression to test the relationship between variables. The results of the study show that personality extraversion and agreeableness has a positive and significant effects on job involvement. Keywords: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Job Involvement
- Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh sifat kepribadian (extraversion dan agreeableness) terhadap keterlibatan kerja. Survey dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dari penelitian sebelumnya. Kuesioner didistribusikan pada 77 staf pengajar (non-ASN) di UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas digunakan untuk menguji isi kuesioner. Uji statistik dengan menggunakan regresi linear untuk menguji hubungan diantara variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian extraversion dan agreeableness berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap keterlibatan kerja. Kata kunci: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Keterlibatan Kerja
