- ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh alat bukti keterangan ahli serta pertimbangan Hakim terhadap keterangan ahli dalam memeriksa dan memutus perkara. Seorang ahli memiliki profesionalitas di bidangnya. Keterangan ahli dapat membantu hakim untuk menyelesaikan sebuah perkara sesuai keilmuan yang dimiliki. Kedudukan keterangan ahli dalam pembuktian perkara pidana merupakan salah satu dari lima alat bukti yang terdapat dalam Pasal 184 KUHAP. Suatu perkara pidana dalam proses pembuktiannya memerlukan kehadiran seorang ahli untuk memberikan keterangannya di persidangan guna membuat terang suatu perkara. Keterangan ahli digunakan oleh Hakim untuk membantu dalam menyelesaikan suatu perkara. Hakim dapat memperoleh pengetahuan yang lebih mendalam mengenai sesuatu hal yang dimiliki dari seorang ahli dan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi Hakim untuk mengambil putusan. Kata kunci: Alat bukti, Keterangan ahli, Hakim. ABSTRACT This research aims to know the influence of evidence the testimony of experts and consideration of judges to the testimony of experts in examining and deciding cases. An experts has the professionalism in the field. Testimony of experts can help the judges to solve a case according to his knowledge. Testimony of experts in proving criminal case is one of five of the evidence contained in article 184 of KUHAP (criminal procedure code). One criminal case in the process of proof requires the presence of an expert to give testimony in court in order to make clear of a case. Testimony of expert used by the judge to help in solving a case. The judge can get knowledge that goes much deeper than that of something that is owned by the experts and as a material consideration for the judge to take the decision.
