- The main problem in this research is the comparison between the Islamic Criminal Law and the National Criminal Law (Criminal Lawbook) about the Stealing Crime. The conclusion of the research that is between the Islamic Criminal Law and the national criminal law have some similarities in stealing substitution. Condition of thief, stealing elements, stealing done, by members of family, which makes it different is, in the national criminal law there is no punishment such as cutting of hand.
