- In globalization and transparency era right now, the expansion of industrial development is getting faster equal to customer is need. Many kinds of life needs show unbalancing. All sons of equal commodities with different production were available in many places. If the producer creates the same commodity at the same area, there will be a competition and the producer will get big profit than others. In fact, there was complaining from the costumer as a user of commodity who was loss by producer. Illegal act that be done by producer, was reported the costumer to indonesia costumer protection organization (YLKI). YLKI followed up the report immediately by writed both of parties in a meeting acted as mediator. So that the costumer's loss can be paid.
