Penggunaan Berbagai Dosis Limbah CairVirgin Coconut Oil terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Asystasia gangetica (L.) subsp. Micranth

  •    Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian berbagai doses limbah cair VCO terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman A. gangetica (L.) subsp. Micrantha telah dilakukan di Rumah Kaca Desa Sading, Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian berlangsung selama 8 minggu dari bulan Februari sampai Maret 2021. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan, sehingga terdapat 30 unit percobaan. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah dosis limbah cair virgin coconut oil yaitu : 0 l ha-1 (D0), 2.500 l ha-1 (D1), 5.000 l ha-1 (D2), 7.500 l ha-1 (D3), dan 10.000 l ha-1 (D4). Variabel yang diamati yaitu variabel pertumbuhan, hasil dan karakteristik tumbuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman A. gangetica (L.) subsp. Micrantha yang dipupuk dengan berbagai dosis limbah cair virgin coconut oil dapat meningkatkan berat kering daun, berat kering batang, dan berat kering total hijauan dengan rataan pada berat kering daun sebesar 3,35 g, berat kering batang 6,08 g, dan berat kering total hijauan 9,43 g. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian limbah cair virgin coconut oil mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman A. gangetica (L.) subsp. Micrantha, dan penggunaan limbah cair virgin coconut oil dosis 10.000 l ha-1 menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman A. gangetica (L.) subsp.   •    The research aimed to determine the effect of various dosage of virgin coconut oil waste on the growth and yield of A. gangetica (L.) subsp. Micrantha has been carried out in the Glass House of Sading Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency.The study conducted for 8 weeks from February to March 2021. The experiment arranged by using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 6 replications so that there were 30 experimental units. The treatments were the dosage of virgin coconut oil waste, namely 0 l ha-1 (D0), 2,500 l ha-1 (D1),5,000 l ha-1 (D2), 7,500 l ha-1 (D3) and 10,000 l ha-1 (D4). The variables observed were growth, yields and growth characteristics variables. The results of the study showed that the growth and yield of A. gangetica (L.) subsp. Micrantha fertilized with various dosage of virgin coconut oil liquid waste can increase the leaf dry weight, stem dry weight, and total dry weight of forage with an average of leaf dry weight was 3.35 g, stem dry weight was 6.08 g, and forage total dry weight was 9.43 g. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of virgin coconut oil could increase the growth and yield of A. gangetica (L.) subsp. Micrantha, and the dosage of 10,000 l ha-1 waste of virgin coconut oil resulted the best growth and yield of A. gangetica (L.) subsp.
