  • Abstract. This research aims to improve students’ activities and students’ learning outcomes with implementation ARIAS model. ARIAS model containing five components that is a whole required in learning activities namely assurance, relevance, interest, assessment, and satisfaction. This model applied to student of the XI grade IPA 4 at MAN 1 Jember consisting of 35 students. This research is Classroom Action Research. Data collection used observation, interviews, test, and documentation. The result showed that students’ activities from pre-prosperous cycle to second cycle increased by 16,86% and the students’ learning outcomes from cognitive aspects increased by 7,32%, affective aspect 8,34%, and psychomotor aspect 6,25%. Based on this research, ARIAS model can be used by teachers as a basis discharge learning activities so were able to increase the activities and students’ learning outcomes.
