- Abstract : This research’s analysis using Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Payback Period. Those analysis doing in three conditions such as normal, optimist, and pessimist. The decision about normal, optimist, and pessimist conditions using price list of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) Belawan from January 2006 until June 2008. If the price CPO USD 600/ton is normal, USD 1.100/ton is optimist, and USD 380/ton is pessimist. From the result found the investment could be done in normal and optimist conditions.
