  • Abstract : This research is doing in hypermarket electronic shop with international standard. The method of this research is descriptive research. Cross-sectional study is using in this  descriptive research. The result found that buying process is not a simple matter. There are a lot of factors or attributes affect the customer to provoke, influence, in making decision on buying or using LCD TV.
