  • Abstract : XYZ facing obstacle in promote saving energy lamp to the customer. It happen because the customer does not known about that product and there is a lot of competitor in lamp industry. So that XYZ must knowing where the customer buy that product commonly and then find the attributes or variables that influenced customer in buying that product thus to find out level of importance and customer satisfaction about that product. The method of this research is prior interview to 50 people to get starting variables as a prior research. Second, spread questioners to 100 respondents to get data. Respondents are the user of saving energy lamp. The result found that main factors must considering by the user on buying saving energy lamp are the Light, Lasting and Saving Energy. The higher level of satisfaction attributes for XYZ are Light, Lasting and Saving Energy whereas the attributes of Discount/Gift and Advertising Frequency have a lower level of satisfaction.
