  • This study aims to know the influence of salary and incentives to employees performance of PT. Heinz ABC in Banjarmasin. Analysis of processing will be done in a qualitative descriptive method, the research done as carefully as possible to get an overview of the individual, the state, symptom, or a particular group. The study used descriptiive quality method by observation, interview and documentation. The results show that salaries and incentives provided by PT. Heinz ABC Branch Banjarmasin to employees although it can be said to increase from year to year, but salaries and incentives are still often late and irregular schedule, it affects the performance of some employees who feel disappointed on the condition that the employee is still not disciplined about absences, with often permit using letters illness, being late to work and sleep during working hours. Businesses often mutually exchange retail and corporate locations that are far from shelter employees also become factors causing decreased employee performances.
