- The research is aimed at finding out empirical evidence that task-technology fit and use of accounting data processing will have positive effect on performance of accounting employee. The questionnaire that used in this research is adapted from the previous research. The respondents of this research are accounting employee in 9 banks in Banjarmasin. There are 42 questionnaires sent back by the respondents. Data analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The result indicates the simultaneously the task-technology fit and use of personal computer have effect on perfomance of accounting employee. But partially, the use of personal computer has no significant effect on performance of accounting employee
