  • ABSTRAKPenyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) menjadi penyebab kematian utama sebesar 36 juta (63%) dari seluruh kasus kematian yang terjadi di seluruh dunia, di mana sekitar 29 juta (80%) justru terjadi di negara yang sedang berkembang. Pengendalian faktor risiko PTM merupakan upaya untuk mencegah agar tidak terjadi faktor risiko bagi yang belum memiliki faktor risiko. Posbindu PTM merupakan salah satu upaya kesehatan masyarakat (UKM) yang berorientasi kepada upaya promotif dan preventif dalam pengendalian PTM dengan melibatkan masyarakat mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan monitoring-evaluasi. Masyarakat diperankan sebagai sasaran kegiatan, target perubahan, agen pengubah sekaligus sebagai sumber daya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif Analitik. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah evaluasi program pelaksanaan pos pembinaan terpadu penyakit tidak menular. Pengambilan sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik Purposive Sampling. Subjek penelitian ini sejumlah 5 orang yang meliputi tenaga kesehatan (1 orang Bidan desa), 2 orang Kader Posbindu PTM, 2 orang Warga desa Peserta Posbindu. Pengetahuan responden tentang Posbindu PTM cukup baik. Sikap bidan desa, kader dan warga tentang Posbindu PTM sangat mendukung dan akan mengikuti kebijakan pemerintah. The community is played as the target of activities, change targets, change agents as well as resources. The type of research used is qualitative research. The design of this study uses descriptive analytical methods. The main objective of this research is to evaluate the program for implementing integrated development posts for non infection diseases. Collecting data sources in this study uses purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this study were 5 people including health workers (1 village midwife), 2 integrated development post non infection diseases cadres, 2 people integrated development post participant villages. The respondents' knowledge about 2 integrated development post non infection diseases is quite good. The attitude of village midwives, cadres and residents about integrated development post non infection diseases is very supportive and will follow government policies. The practice in the 2 integrated development post non infection diseases programs has not been maximized in accordance with the technical guidelines for integrated non infection diseases in 2012.Key notes : integrated development post, Non infection diseases, society
