- Abstrak Penyakit hipertensi sering disebut sebagai the silent disease atau pembunuh diam-diam, karena pada umumnya penderita tidak mengetahui dirinya mengidap hipertensi sebelum memeriksakan tekanan darahnya. Kepatuhan menjalani pengobatan sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui tekanan darah serta mencegah terjadinya komplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh dukungan keluarga dan dukungan petugas kesehatan terhadap kepatuhan berobat hipertensi pada lansia di Puskesmas Gribig kudus.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Explanatory Research. Teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 123 lansia dengan hipertensi yang berobat dipuskesmas Gribig kabupaten Kudus. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi, bivariat menggunakan Chi-Square dan multivariat menggunakan regresi logistic Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan berobat pada penderita hipertensi lansia yaitu pendidikan, pengetahuan,sikap,efek samping obat, ketersediaan dana, ketersediaan transportasi, dukungan keluarga serta dukungan petugas kesehatan.Dua variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan pengobatan hipertensi pada lansia yaituvariabel dukungan keluarga ( nilai p = 0,004), variabel dukungan petugas kesehatan ( nilai p = 0,007) . Disarankan agar masyarakat harus aktif mengikuti penyuluhan/sosialisasi yang berkaitan dengan hipertensi untuk menambah pengetahuan terutama bagi lansia. Sebaiknya petugas kesehatan memberikan penyuluhan lebih intensif kepada masyarakat tentang hipertensi terutama mengenai gejala dan penyebab hipertensi serta pentingnya melakukan kontrol tekanan darah dan berobat secara rutin untuk menghindari komplikasi. Kata kunci: Dukungan Keluarga, Dukungan petugas kesehatan,kepatuhan berobat ABSTRACT Hypertensive disease is often referred to as the silent disease or silent killer, because in general the patient does not know himself suffering from hypertension before checking his blood pressure. Adherence to treatment is necessary to determine blood pressure and prevent complications. This study aims to determine the effect of family support and support of health workers on compliance to treatment of hypertension in the elderly in Puskesmas Gribig kudus.Penelitian is a quantitative study with Explanatory Research approach. Technique of collecting data through interview by using questioner. The data were collected at 123 elderly with hypertension medication at Gribig district of Kudus. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis with frequency distribution, bivariate using Chi-Square and multivariate using logistic regression. The results showed that the variables related to adherence treatment in elderly hypertensive patients were education, knowledge, attitude, drug side effect, availability of fund, transportation availability, family support and support of health workers. Two variables that influence the compliance of hypertension treatment in elderly are family support variable (p value = 0,004), health officer support variable (p value = 0,007). It is suggested that the community should actively follow the counseling / socialization related to hypertension to increase knowledge especially for the elderly. Health workers should provide more intensive counseling to the community about hypertension, especially about the symptoms and causes of hypertension and the importance of blood pressure control and treatment routinely to avoid complications.
