- Lindeteves Trade Centre, Glodok is one of the trading centre located at Jakarta that still has potent for new business to be establish, trading in electrical tools. This research aims to know detail about result in business feasibility study against each aspects and feasibility level for trading in electrical tools at Lindeteves Trade Centre, Glodok. This research done between October until November 2011 by doing direct interview to 23 of 29 trader in electrical tools at LTC, Glodok. Data obtained,grouped and discussed according to each aspects in feasibility study, namely market and marketing aspect, technical aspect, management aspect, legal aspect, and financial aspect. Focus in this research is to establish new trading in electrical tools business at second floor of LTC, Glodok, for the strategic location reason. According to feasibility level method, for NPV method the result is NPV=Rp. 975.051.761,-. For IRR method, the result is IRR=63,50%, which is more than MARRf value, 14,7%. While according to the result of payback period method, payback period achieve at fourth year, less time than the setting time, 5 year. So that the overall result, that this project to establish new business in trading in electrical tools at second floor of Lindeteves Trade Centre, Glodok is feasible to proceed.
