  • This research aims to prove empirically the effects of competency of board of directors, cash conversion cycle and capital structure to firm’s financial performance. The populations in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018, as the observation was conducted in said time period. Purposive sampling used with a total sample of 91 manufacturing companies per year observed. Competency of board of directors was taken from companies’ annual report while cash conversion cycle and capital structure were taken from companies’ consolidated financial report, assessed regarding to some criteria in the regulation and best practice. The results showed that the competency of board of directors had significant positive effect towards firm’s financial performance while cash conversion cycle and capital structure had significant negative effect towards firm’s financial performance.
