- Human as the image of God that has sinful nature caused them to have sinful nature and sinful action, in the field of education students as the image of God also have fall into sin and caused them to have sinful nature and sinful action, the kind of sinful nature that students have in school such as disrespectful manner towards teacher in class. The disrespectful manner such as keep talking while teacher is teaching, breaking the classroom rules and procedures are considered as a disrespectful manner shown by the students. This is why Christian teacher’s help as an agent of transformation in class is needed to guide the students to know Christ first. Then surely by the help of Holy spirit who works in each of the students will help them to change. Instead of harmful action such as pinching or punishing them, teacher can apply a reflection time in class to help them reflect on their action. Students disrespectful manner surely decreasing and the learning process in class can keep improving as the students change. This paper is aimed to discuss about several methods applied in class that teacher can use to helps students to change.
