- As we can see the result show that the Insurance and BPJS Kesehatan supervision in periodic report, OJK examined nine companies, which consist of routine checks to four companies, special examination to three companies and inspection in the office to the two companies. OJK publishes 17 Audit Reports (LHP) consisting of eight Temporary Audit Reports (LHPS), eight Final Report of Examination (LHPF) and the examination report of BPJS Kesehatan. In order to monitor the results of the final recommendations, OJK published 25 letters in response to the implementation of the recommendation. In addition, the OJK also proceed 41 request for the disbursement / reimbursement guarantee, published 32 Certificate of Financial Soundness, following up complaints relating to insurance claims were 41 complaint letters / memos and also analyzed and follow up 16 request Endorsement Backup. With regard to law enforcement, OJK stipulates warning sanctions to 50 insurance companies in the form of first warning sanctions and second warnings and sanctions wore the third warning to sanction one company and impose sanctions the third warning to a company. OJK also set the lifting sanctions to the 14 companies which is the first lifting warning sanctions and the third warning sanctions revocation to a company.
