- Each student certainly has experienced stress. Lately, the thesis is one cause of stress in a graduate student who is working on. This study aims to look at the stress levels of students in the preparation of the final project of the Faculty of Nursing, University of Pelita Harapan Batch 2013 as well as the description of characteristics of the respondent. This study uses a quantitative research design with descriptive method approach. Its population is students of the Faculty of Nursing, University of Pelita Harapan Batch 2013 as many as 197 students with a sample to be taken as many as 132 students. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling method is purposive sampling. And data collection techniques in this using questionnaires. The results showed that the students of the Faculty of Nursing, class of 2013 UPH mostly experienced moderate stress as many as 91 students (68,9%) in the preparation of the final project, the rest suffered mild stress and severe stress. The characteristics of the student class of 2013 the average age was 21 years, dominated by female students of a total of 112 students (84.8%), and more came from the area of Sumatran as many as 44 students (33.3%). Recommendations for further research which will conduct research with topics related to the stress level in the preparation of the final project should be able to determine other factors that affect student stress in preparing the final project / Setiap mahasiswa tentu pernah mengalami stres. Akhir-akhir ini, skripsi merupakan salah satu penyebab stres pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang menyusun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat stres mahasiswa dalam penyusunan tugas akhir Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Angkatan 2013 Universitas Pelita Harapan serta gambaran karakteristik responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode deskriptif. Populasinya ialah mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Angkatan 2013 Universitas Pelita Harapan sebanyak 197 mahasiswa dengan sampel yang akan diambil sebanyak 132 mahasiswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode non-probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Dan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan angkatan 2013 Universitas Pelita Harapan sebagian besarnya mengalami stres sedang sebanyak 91 mahasswa (68,9%) dalam penyusunan tugas akhir, selebihnya mengalami stres ringan dan stres berat. Adapun karakteristik mahasiswa angkatan 2013 rata-rata berusia 21 tahun, didominasi oleh mahasiswa berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 112 mahasiswa (84,8%), dan lebih banyak berasal dari daerah Sumatera sebanyak 44 mahasiswa (33,3%). Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya yang akan melakukan penelitian dengan topik yang terkait dengan tingkat stres dalam penyusunan tugas akhir sebaiknya dapat mengetahui faktorfaktor lainnya yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa stres dalam menyusun tugas akhir.
