  • Job performance has become an important issue in any organization. An employee, who is able to perform well, will be able to promote productivity inside the organization. That is why performance evaluation becomes paramount in an organization to make sure that all employees attain the set goals. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, and work engagement on the job performance of postgraduate lecturers at Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) Master of Education Program. The data is collected using questionnaires distributed to 29 lecturers. Using quantitative approach and utilizing Smart PLS 3.2.7 software program, this research is to evaluate the effect of those variables. The result showed that perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, and work engagement had a positive effect on job performance.
