  • The quality of education in a school is really determined not only by the teachers’ and administrators’ performance but also by their commitment to the organization. Unfortunately, many schools now a day are dealing with difficulties to build their employees’ commitment to the organization. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of school culture, school climate and the transformational leadership style on the teachers’ commitment. The population of this research is all teachers who teach in XYZ School that is located in Bandung, Indonesia. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and then analyzed with multivariate regression method. The result of the research shows that school culture has a positive effect on teachers’ commitment and on the transformational leadership. It is also found that school climate has a positive effect on the teachers’ commitment and also on the transformational leadership. Furthermore, we can also see how the transformational leadership has given a positive effect on the teachers’ commitment in the school.
