  • Job performance plays an important role to actualize vision and mission. Vision and mission is a measuring instrument that will gauge if an organization has achieved its goals. Job performance itself can be influenced by several factors such as perceived organizational support, work engagement, and teacher’s satisfaction. Therefore, this research aims to explain the influence of perceived organizational support, work engagement, and job satisfaction on job performance at XYZ Middle and High School. This research uses a quantitative approach with the method of path analysis. The subjects of this research are 130 teachers at XYZ Middle and High School. As for the analysis of the data, SmartPLS 3.0 is used for data processing and hypothesis testing. From this data processing, the results show that (1) perceived organizational support positively influences job performance, (2) work engagement positively influences job performance, (3) perceived organizational support positively influences job satisfaction, (4) work engagement positively influences job satisfaction, and (5) job satisfaction positively influences job performance.
