- ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan suhu yang optimum pada proses penetasan telur ikan biawan. Rancangan percobaan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan empat perlakuan dan tiga kali ulangan. Konsentrasi Suhu antara lain adalah, Perlakuan A (26 °C), B (28 °C), C (30 °C), D (32 °C). Parameter pengamatan yang dilakukan adalah perkembangan embrio, waktu penetasan, derajat penetasan telur (HR), kelansungan hidup larva (SR). dan kualitas air. Hasil pengamatan penelitian Pengaruh suhu yang berbeda terhadap waktu penetasan dan kelangsungan hidup menunjukkan bahwa suhu yang terbaik untuk penetasan telur ikan biawan adalah 27°C -28 °C. Sedangkan suhu terbaik 28 °C memberikan daya tetas tertinggi.Kata kunci : Suhu, penetasan telur dan kelansungan hidup larva biawan ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the optimum temperature on fish egg hatching process biawan. The experimental design was a completely randomized design (CRD). This study used an experimental method with four treatments and three replications. The temperature of concentration include, Treatment A (26 ° C), B (28 ° C), C (30 ° C), D (32 ° C). The results of observational studies Effect of different temperatures on hatching and survival time showed that the best temperature for hatching fish eggs biawan is 27 ° C -28 ° C.
