Research shows that 90% of children aged 24 months have a minimum vocabulary of 40-50 words and about 85% combine words and are identified as having a delay or Slow Expressive Language Delay (SELD). Using the assessment of the Parent Reported Assessment (PRA) results obtained higher results than through other assessments. The purpose of the study was to identify early clinical diagnoses of SELD through Parent Reported Assessment. The research method used in this study was interviews and reported results from parents based on the scale of expressive language development of children aged 0-5 years. The study was conducted at TK Aisyiyah 3 Pontianak and TK Bina Insan Pontianak. The study population in the sub-district of Southeast Pontianak and the study sample were 20 parents from both TK. The results showed that 30% of children's expressive language abilities were in sufficient category while 70% of children's language development was in the good category. based on the Parent Assessment Report that language skills in subjects at the age of 2 years had the highest score on the development of expressive language constraints, namely the acquisition of a score of 57. Then at the age of 3 years with a score of 32 and age 5 with a score of 24. identifying SELD between 24 months and 36 months is commonly used: 1) low expressive vocabulary (less than 40-50 words, and 2) no combination of words. Keywords: Identification, SELD, PRA
