Menurut Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 492/Menkes/Per/IV/2010, yaitu 0 MPN/100 mL sampel. // Background: Unclean food can cause disease (Foodborned Disease) which is affected by processing, transportation, serving to washing. Pontianak’s people usually consume sugar cane juice, and some have coliform bacteria in it. From preliminary observations on 5 sugar cane ice traders, it was found that 80% did not meet the requirements. Middle siantan >1100 MPN/100 mL, upstream siantan >1100 MPN/100 mL, blue lake <2 MPN/100 mL, downstream siantan >1200 MPN/100 mL, and khatulitiwa >1200 MPN/100 mL. According to the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 492 / Menkes / Per / IV / 2010, which is 0 MPN / 100 mL sample. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between the factors associated with the presence of the total amount of coliform in the sugar cane beverage filter in the North Pontianak district. Method: This study used a cross-sectional descriptive observational to determine the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, factors related to the presence of coliform in sugar cane beverage filters in the North Pontianak district using kearis and lab tests and processed using editing, scoring, coding, entry and cleaning with univariate and bivariate analysis. Results: The results of the study of coliform in 31 respondents, river water sources and pond water 10 (100%) and 9 (100%), compared to rainwater and PDAM water 2 (40.0%) and 1 (14.3%) with p value = 0.000 <0.05. Washing technique, the coliform exceeds the threshold (85.7%), if it meets the requirements (40.0%) with p value = 0.015 <0.05, Personal hygiene (89.5%) compared to those who meet the requirements (41.7%) with p value = 0.012 <0.05. Open storage (87.0%) compared to closed (25.0%) with p value = 0.003 <0.05. The filter was not washed (92.9%) compared to the filter was washed (52.9%) with p value = 0.021 <0.05. Washing water was not replaced (93.3%) compared to washing water (50.0%) with p value = 0.015 <0.05.
