- Justice and truth is something that must be upheld in this life. Therefore, in solving problems, one should not carelessly blame others without any strong evidence. Because the evidence is essential in the procedural law, especially in criminal matters. Proof always concern the rights and reputation. A person's right is guaranteed by law. Proof that must be done to uphold truth and justice. The purpose of the evidence solely to seek the truth or the true fact of a crime. This is intended to avoid any slander caused accusations without evidence and strong reasons.
