- Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) is bank accepting deposit only in the form of time deposit, other form and or saving that likened with and channel fund as effort BPR. BPR aim to support execution of national development in order to improving generalization, economic growth and stability of national of up at improvement of publics prosperity. This research aim to know competent or improper founding Perusahaan Daerah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (PD BPR) in Regency of Tanah Bumbu. For reach such target, using various statistical methods matching with the requirement and special for the simply financial aspect (without dicounted) and also with discounted (discounted cash flow). Result of conclusion obtained from this research that PDRB and PAD is big enough and to experience of growth, Potency of DPK is big enough that is bigger of Rp 451,6 M and non-stoped to experience of growth. Credit potency is big enough that is bigger of Rp 572,5 M and non-stoped to experience of growth. Plan of founding Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) in Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu confluence which is located in Transmigrasi street Kecamatan Simpang Empat Batulicin very competent to be recommended and get permission from Bank Indonesia.
