- Kerja praktek bertujuan untuk memahami pelaksanaan pekerjaan pada sebuah proyek gedung bertingkat, dalam hal ini termasuk pelaksanaan K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja) proyek, metode pelaksanaan lapangan, dan perhitungan terhadap manpower/pekerja. Sumber data penelitian pada laporan Kerja Praktek ini diambil dari pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek penulis yang dilaksakan Pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Apartemen Formosa Residence. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini adalah pengamatan (observasi) dan interview. Kegiatan kerja praktek dilaksanakan selama 01 Maret 2018 sampai dengan 01 Juni 2018 sesuai ketentuan yang diberikan oleh pihak Universitas Internasinal Batam kepada penulis. Cara pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan pada proyek tersebut. ********************************************************************** Practical work aims to understand the implementation of work on a high-rise building project, in this case including the implementation of K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) projects, methods of field implementation, and calculation of manpower / workers. The source of the research data on the Job Training report was taken from the implementation of the writer's Job Training which was carried out on the Formosa Residence Apartment Building Construction Project. The method used in the implementation of this practical work is observation and interview. Practical work activities are carried out from March 1, 2018 to June 1, 2018 in accordance with the provisions provided by the University of Internasinal Batam to the author. The method of data collection is done by observing the process of carrying out the work on the project.
