Analisis Pengaruh Discipline, Motivation, Organizational Commitment dan Leadership Terhadap Employee Performance Hotel Bintang 4 di Kota Batam

- Dilakukannya penelitian ini bertujuan memahami kinerja karyawan pada hotel bintang 4 di Kota Batam. Variabel bebas penelitian ini adalah discipline, motivation, organuizational commitment dan leadership, sedangkan variabel terikat penelitian ini adalah employee performance. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengolah data penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis membagikan kuesioner kepada 248 responden yang bekerja di Hotel Bintang 4 di Kota Batam secara acak. Hasil dari pengujian data, terdapat satu variabel yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan yakni variabel motivation, sedangkan variabel discipline, organizational commitment dan leadership mendapatkan hasil yang signifikan. ********************************************************************** This study is aimed to understand the performance of employees at 4-Star Hotels in Batam City. The independent variables of this study are discipline, motivation, organizational commitment, and leadership, while the dependent variable of this study is employee performance. The method used to process data is multiple linear regression analysis methods. In the study, the researcher randomly distributed questionnaires to 248 respondents who work at the 4-Star Hotel in Batam City. Test results indicate there is one variable that does not have a significant influence which is the motivation variable, while the discipline, organizational commitment and leadership variables all acquired significant results.
