- The purpose of this study was to: (1) analyze the effect of compensation on performance and job satisfaction of employees on the CV.Bio Karya Ite Curup City Rejang Lebong District Bengkulu Province. (2) to analyze the effect of job performance on job satisfaction of employees on the CV.Bio Karya Ite Curup City Rejang Lebong District Bengkulu Province. The method used in this study is a quantitative method.
