  • The purpose of this study was to: (1) analyze the effect of compensation on performance and job satisfaction of employees on the CV.Bio Karya Ite Curup City Rejang Lebong District Bengkulu Province. (2) to analyze the effect of job performance on job satisfaction of employees on the CV.Bio Karya Ite Curup City Rejang Lebong District Bengkulu Province. (3) analyze the effect of compensation on employees job satisfaction on the CV.Bio Karya Ite Curup City Rejang Lebong District Bengkulu Province. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. These results indicate that the performance and the compensation provide a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at work CV.Bio Ite Curup City Rejang Lebong District Bengkulu Province
