- The objective of school head master competency mapping is to describe the head master competency which they having and competency they did not having. The actual competency can used to describe the system , mechanism, and criteria for the head master promotion in the past, to develop and to improve the head master competency, preparing content and resources for training to improve the head master competency. The research to elaboration of the promotion system, mechanism and criteria; to conduct the competency mapping guide; data collecting, scoring, and calculating for the school head master competency mapping; to recommend for curriculum training and resources for school head master continuing competency improvement. In the end of the research we can to conduct of the promotion system, mechanism, and criteria; the competency mapping guide; the head master competency map as an individual and group; recommendation for curriculum training and resources for school head master continuing competency improvement.
