This research was held at Mathematics and Science Faculty, Teaching and Education Faculty University of Bengkulu, during the period of October 2008 to January 2009. The research was designed by Completely Randomized Sampling with four treatments and six replications. Samples were treated by several dosages; gavaging aquadest only (T0), Carica papaya&#x2019;s latex 0.6 g/kg.bw (T1), 0.8 g/kg.bw (T2) and 1 g/kg.bw (T3). The parameter observed were pre-implantation lose percentage, post-implantation death percentage and number of fetus percentage. The result showed that Carica papaya&#x2019;s latex 0.6 g/kg.bw and 0.8 g/kg.bw influenced the loose of pre-implantation percentage, however it was not influenced post-implantation death and number of fetus percentage.
