The antibacterial test was using paper disc diffusion method, Leaf extract obtained by maceration method, using methanol as a liquid solvent. This research used a Completely Randomized, 5 treatments variation of leaf extract (3.5%, 4.75%, 6%, 7.25% and 8.5%), and 5 replications. Tetracycline antibiotics were used as a comparison test. The results showed that the leaf extract was effective to inhibit the growth of bacteria S. aureus. Antimicrobial with the largest diameter of inhibition was at concentrations of 7.25% (8.5 mm).
