  • Biodiesel is source of alternative energy that obtained from vegetable and animal oil.Generally viscosity and density is higher than solar, and the haet is lower. Biodiesel is a renewable alternative fuel. Waste oil to used as biodiesel still has problems like acid value,viscosity and wather conten were higer. The wastewater of palm oil is very potential to using as biodiesel sources because amount ofwastewater from mill palm oil is too much and coulddamage the environment. This research amis to examine the use of adsorbent to decrease acid value and to determine kind of wich adsorbent that can decrease acid value. methods of analysis that used in this research is completely randomized design with 2 factor (CPO and wastewater), three treatment that is Zeolit 1%, Mgo 1%, and Zeolit + MgO 1% with three times repetition to find out the the best characteristic results and acid value of biodiesel if compered by SNI 04-71822006.
