- The research purpose is to know the influences of leader behavior, individual ability, and motivation to employee performance at Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan Province of Bengkulu. This research used multiple regression analysis. The variables in this research are leader behavior, individual ability, and motivation as the independent variables and employee performance as t he dep ende nt va ri able. Th e r es ult of this research is positive influence betwee n leader be h avior, individual ability, and motiv ation to employee performance. The hypothesis that has been made before is true. We can know it from the an alysis result using the program.
