- Provinsi Bengkulu. This research used frequenty distribution tabel, mean and interview result. The data used in this research was primary data, that collected by questionnaire and interview from treasurer at Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu. The number of sample in this research are 11 respondents. This analysis used described leader’s perception about treasurer’s performance and interview result.
