- The objective of this research is to describe the analysis of the teacher performance that certificated at senior high school in Bengkulu City. This research used descriptive analysis. This research used frequency distribution tabel, mean and interview result. The data used in this research was primary, and secondary data, that collected by questionnaire from teachers, and headmaster, and by interviewing teacher, and headmaster at senior high school in Bengkulu City. The number of sample in this research is 11 2 respondents using cencus method. The result of this research shows that teacher competence and performance that certificated were already good. The implication based on the results of the study for increase teacher performance at senior high school in Bengkulu City are teacher countinue the education to master degree. Head Master remember the teacher for used Indonesia Language when learn at class.
