- The objectiv e of this research is to describe th e analysis of the tea cher perfor ma n ce that certificated at senior high school in Ben gkulu City. This research used descr iptive analysis. This resear ch used frequency distribution tabel, me a n an d i n terview result. The data used in this res ear ch was primar y, an d secondary data, that collected by ques tionnaire from teachers, and headmaster, and by interview ing teacher, and headmaster at senior high s chool in Bengkulu City . The nu mber of sample in this research is 11 2 respondents using cencus meth od. The result of this research shows that tea cher co mpeten ce and performa n ce that certifi cat ed were alr ead y good. The impli cation bas ed on th e results of the study for in creas e teacher pe r f or ma n c e at senior high school in Bengkulu City are tea cher c o un ti nu e the ed ucation to ma s t er degree. Head Master reme mber the teacher for used Indones ia Lan g uage when learn at class.
