This research was a de sc rip tive study using qua litative research method The re s p on d e n t s were 31 people consi sting of 1 chairman, 15 employees, and 15 peop le fr om society. Based on the re s u l t s of the st udy in addition intervie w also conducted indicated to re s p on d e n t s tha t th e perform a nce of civil se rva n ts in p roviding services not fully well. From these results could it can be concluded that the indicators were an indicator of indica tors of the resea rc h were exc e llentskors indic a tor were on 1) Requireme nts service, 2) Cla ri ty of officer se rvi c e , 3) Responsible offi cer service, 4) Fair service.very good indica tor we re on procedures servic e,courtesy and friendliness of st aff, the re a son a b l e n e s s of the cost of servic e and com f ortable enviro nment.and th e good indicator we re on se c u ri ty se rvi c e s .
