  • The aim of this study was to analyze the influencing of the leadership, communication, organization climate, and motivation toward the civil servants of the social welfare office in Bengkulu province. This study was a descriptive quantitative study with the number of respondent was 70 respondents. The data was collected using questionnaire with 30 questions consisted of 18 question for the leadership, communication, organization climate, and motivation variable and 12 questions for the civil servants’ job performance. Then, the data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis and regression formula. The results of the study show that the leadership, communication, organization climate, and motivation variable significantly influence the job performance of the civil servants of the Social Welfare Office of Bengkulu Province. It can be shown from the score of the Fcount which is less than the alpha (α) = 0.05.
